At Masterplants Orchestra, education is the first step toward ecological reconnection. Our educational programs bridge the gap between art, science, and technology, offering a deep dive into the world of interspecies music.

Interactive Presentations
(For Institutions)

Drawing from a global tour history that includes universities in India, schools in the US, and environmental workshops in Africa, we offer high-level presentations on the science of bio-feedback. We explore how the 'Symphony' device translates Bioelectric plant data into melodic structures, making it a perfect subject for STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) curricula.

The Sonic Laboratory

Live Bio-Sonification in Practice

What you are witnessing: This recording demonstrates the Symphony 2.0 system translating biological intelligence into real-time symphonic structure. Unlike traditional synths, these melodies are triggered by the plants' internal electrical fluctuations, captured via high-impedance bio-sensors and mapped into a professional 8-channel environment.

For students and educators, this performance offers a window into the "Root Net," revealing the constant flow of life within a plant. By observing these bio-feedback loops in action, we move away from seeing nature as a static object and begin to hear it as a dynamic, sentient collaborator. This is the heart of our educational mission: using technology to prove that nature is alive, communicative, and intrinsically musical.

Private & Group Lessons (For Individuals)

Whether you are a musician looking to integrate plant bio-data into your DAW or a nature lover wanting to hear your garden sing, our lessons provide the technical and musical foundation you need. We cover everything from setting up bio-sensors to designing soundscapes that honor the plant's biological rhythm.

Focus: Technical Mastery & Individual Goals

  • The Experience: These are educational sessions where you or a small group learn the "how-to." It’s about the bridge between the plant and the software.

  • What happens: You dive deep into your specific setup—learning how to connect the Symphony device to a Laptop, mapping MIDI in a DAW (like Ableton), or designing specific soundscapes.

  • Outcome: You walks away with the ability to produce Your own plant music independently.

Section 3: Hands-On Workshops
(For Music Schools & Groups)

"Join the Masterplants community in our immersive workshops. Participants get hands-on experience with professional plant music devices, learning the nuances of MIDI, CV, and synthesis in the context of interspecies collaboration.

Focus: Practical Exploration & Interactive Composition.

  • The Experience: Designed for groups—especially in music schools and conservatories—this workshop puts the Beca device at the center of the learning process.

  • What happens: Using the Beca plant music interface, students get immediate, hands-on experience sonifying local flora. We focus on how the Beca’s unique bio-feedback can be used as a creative "spark" for musical improvisation and understanding biological rhythm. It’s a group discovery of how nature can function as a live instrument within a classroom or ensemble setting.

  • Outcome: Students gain a tactile understanding of bio-sonification and walk away with new ideas for integrating nature into their own musical practice.

The Educator

Tritone Crisantemo is a driving force behind Masterplants.
Living in the Spiritual Community “Damanhur” in northern Italy he merged his background in Sound Design and music with his deep love for Life into Masterplants Orchestra in 2019. Starting one of the first the Symphonic Plant Music projects.
Since then he has been touring the world playing more than 80 plant music concerts in the US, Europe, India and Africa, collaborating with other human artists, while constantly developing his technical skills and Artistic Expression in the world of Symphonic Plant Music and Art collaborations.

Connecting his Spiritual side with Art and Music while exploring the dimensions and philosophies of Natural sound and a holistic approach to music he has developed a somehow familiar yet still otherworldly sound to his Music.

“When anyone experiences the Unity of our Nature.
That unity becomes All that is seen and All that is practiced.
Life becomes a celebration of its own Miracle.
Pondering and Expressing this Miracle is Art.”
